Key Responsibilities

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in an occupational health setting, providing high-quality medical care, injury assessment, and workplace health services to employees and clients.

  • Provide immediate medical care and emergency response for workplace incidents.
  • Conduct patient assessments, administer treatments, and support return-to-work programs.
  • Assist with health screenings, drug testing, and injury follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in safety training and preventive health initiatives.

     

Qualifications

  • Current Wisconsin certification as a Paramedic or Emergency Medical Technician (EMT).
  • CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Experience in occupational health, emergency response, or clinical settings preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism in fast-paced environments
