Job Description:

Currently looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in an onsite clinic in
Jackson WI. This position is 28 hours per week. The work environment is in a manufacturing
facility focusing on occupational health and acute care.

The NP/PA will provide onsite services in an occupational clinic under the directives of an
occupational physician. The position’s responsibilities also include collaborative work with other
medical and operational staff. The day-to-day services of the NP/PA includes closely with the
on-site medical staff, client’s employees and leadership. Additionally supporting a robust safety
team.

The clinic provides multiple services including the diagnosis and treatment of workers
compensation injuries and illnesses, urgent care, surveillance and regulatory exams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Provide great clinical care and service to client leadership and employees.
  • Treat injuries and illnesses
  • Build client relationships.
  • Collaborate with client site leadership, employees, human resources and EHS team.
  • Patient education regarding medical conditions, treatment options including wellness programs.
  • Have a valid unrestricted licensure.
  • Have current DEA & BLS certifications.
  • Have strong computer skills and familiarity with EMR software.
  • Have a positive and outgoing personality.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills – with patients, clients, and colleagues.
  • Be willing to go beyond to give excellent customer service.
  • Be comfortable working in an on-site clinic environment.
  • Have occupational health experience.

Qualifications:

  • Current NP/ PA license in WI.
  • 1-2 years Workers’ Compensation/Occupational Health experience preferred. But will train.
  • Ability and willingness to train.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Excellent organization and ability to self-manage time.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
